Our rates are final, there are no hidden fees, no surcharges for Christmas and Easter holidays and no minimum stay is required. Our experienced property management is available for any question during the entire duration of your stay. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided, weekly pool service, weekly lawn care, water usage, garbage fees, cable TV, wireless high speed internet access and local telephone calls are included.. The deposit (down payment) is 30% of the total rental fee. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is $ 300, - and payable together with the balance. Villa Nightfall is a non smoking vacation home, unfortunately you cannot bring your pet.

The rental agreement can be terminated by the renter at any time prior to arrival. The notice must be in writing. Depending on the time of cancellation our fees are as follows:

• more than 45 days prior to arrival: 20% of rental fee
• 45 days to 22 days prior to arrival: 50% of rental fee
• 21 days prior to arrival: no refund of the rental fee

If we are able to re-rent the villa for the canceled period, we will charge only a handling fee of $ 100.- to cover the expenses incurred. In this context we would like to recommend that you buy a travel insurance.
